شبکه متخصصان آينده پژوهي و ارزيابي فنّاوري (شما) يك نهاد مجازي است که با هدف ايجاد تعامل بين متخصصان و ايفاي نقش در زمينه انجام مطالعاتآينده پژوهی، اندازهگيري و ارزيابی فعاليتهاي فنّاوري، نوآوري و کارآفرينی، و همچنين اشاعه دانش و تجارب عملي روز دنيا در اين حوزه در سطح ملي، فعاليت می نمايد.
اين شبکه، از نيمه دوم سال 1386، با توجه به نياز روزافزون به تصميمگيران و تصميم سازان حوزه توسعه فنّاوري ايران به بکارگيري و بوميسازي روشها و ابزارهاي نوين ارزيابي و آينده پژوهي، توسط گروه آينده پژوهي و ارزيابي فنّاوري مؤسسه مطالعات و تحقيقات فنّاوري وابسته به سازمان پژوهشهاي علمي و صنعتي ايران تشکيل شده است.
